I don't see why not, although he probably won't be addressing them. The change would only affect the vampires, but he'll discuss them, if any, that happen within the clan itself and the Domicile.

Cool! Shay just wants to be able to attend, and meet everyone she hasn't met yet...and with Ellis gone, she's much more receptive to being a part of Tacharan. ;)
